What StopBullyingPro is
StopBullyingPro is a documentation and communication tool for families and organizations. It helps you record incidents, organize evidence, understand your options, and generate letters. That is all it is — and it is genuinely useful — but it is important to be clear about what it is not.
Not legal advice
The information, templates, and explanations here are general information, not legal advice. Laws differ by state and change over time, and every situation is different. Using StopBullyingPro does not create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your specific situation, or before any formal legal step, consult a licensed attorney or your state's education agency.
Not therapy or mental-health care
StopBullyingPro does not provide counseling, diagnosis, or any form of mental-health treatment. Nothing here should be taken as clinical advice. If your child needs support, please reach out to a licensed professional, your pediatrician, or a crisis line such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
No guaranteed outcomes
We cannot and do not promise any particular result. StopBullyingPro does not “stop bullying” on its own — outcomes depend on the people and institutions involved and on circumstances outside our control. Our role is to help you document clearly and communicate effectively, which can improve your chances of being heard.
Not affiliated with government or other organizations
StopBullyingPro is an independent, private service. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by StopBullying.gov, PACER, the U.S. Department of Education, or any other organization we link to. We link to those resources because they are authoritative and helpful; they remain the property of their owners.
Accuracy & third-party links
We work hard to keep information accurate and to verify crisis contacts against each organization's own pages, but we cannot guarantee that everything is current at all times. Phone numbers, policies, and laws can change. When something matters, confirm it against the original source, which we link wherever we can.
