Your incident record stays on your device

The incident record builder and the letter generator run entirely in your browser. What you type is saved using your browser's local storage on the device you're using. We do not receive it, we cannot see it, and it is not backed up to us. That means:

• If you clear your browser data, or use a different device or browser, your record won't be there — so use Export backup to save a copy you control.
• On a shared or public computer, use the Clear all button when you finish.
• You decide who ever sees your record. We never do.

Children's privacy

StopBullyingPro is intended for parents, guardians, and adults at organizations — not for children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the documentation tools store information locally on your own device and never send it to us, any details a parent records about their child stay with that parent. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a form, contact us and we will delete it.

What we do receive: the contact form

The only information that reaches us is what you choose to send through our contact form — your name, email, optional organization, and message. We use it only to respond to you. We ask you not to include a child's name or sensitive personal details there. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If email delivery is configured, your message is sent to our team through an email provider acting on our behalf. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

We also offer a guided Quick Help assistant, the guided situations, and a school assistant. These are local-only — your answers and any contacts you organize stay in your browser, and a school name you enter is used only to personalize your own guidance, never to contact a school. On the save-or-submit page, saving, downloading a PDF, and printing stay on your device; “Email to Me” opens a draft in your own email app (not sent through us); preparing an email to the school produces a draft only that you send yourself. Anonymous trend submission is offered but not yet enabled. The impact numbers on the home page count only your own activity on this device.

Analytics & cookies

StopBullyingPro does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking, and the documentation tools work without you signing in. The local storage used by the tools is functional storage on your own device, not a tracking cookie.

Server logs & security

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical request information (such as IP address and timestamp) to keep the service secure and to limit abuse of the contact form. This is not used to build a profile of you.

Honest about compliance

We describe here exactly what we do rather than making certification claims. We aim to follow good privacy practice and applicable law, including being mindful of children's-privacy rules. If our practices change, we will update this page.
